Rock singer Eric Draven (Brandon Lee) and his fiancée Shelly are brutally killed and aimlessly the night before Halloween by a gang of criminals under the orders of the boss Top Dollar. A crow resurrects Eric giving otherworldly powers that can not restore the peace, but let's get down to work to achieve his revenge.
